How to book
- Sign up for NOL World with your email. Type your name exactly as it appears in your passport.
- Complete passport verification under My Account > Verified Member Only. This show is for verified accounts only.
- Check your date of birth and contact details. If your booking and ID don't match, you can be refused entry.
- Book on the show page.
Before you buy
- The extra seats are parts of sections 202, 214, 313 and 314, at the sides of the stage. View and sound are restricted, and those reasons aren't grounds for a refund.
- Booking and cancelling pause from 11:00 to 19:59 KST on Nov 2.
- Bank transfer is restricted for the extra seats.
- Each account gets one place in the queue. Opening the queue on several devices closes your earlier place.
- Korean passports can't be used for verification.
- Under-14s also need to book with the attendee's own account.
At the door
- Mobile tickets only. There are no paper tickets and no will-call.
- You can enter only if your booking and your ID match exactly.
- Open and download your ticket before you arrive. Data can be slow at the venue.
Getting there
- The venue is next to Incheon Airport, not in Seoul, so allow plenty of travel time.
