INSPIRE Arena Guide (2026): Free Shuttles, AREX Last Trains and Seats
Last checked: 2026-10-31
Quick answer
- INSPIRE Arena is on Yeongjong Island in Incheon, next to Incheon Airport, not in Seoul. Allow about an hour by AREX from Seoul Station, plus the shuttle.
- Address: 인천광역시 영종구 공항문화로 127. Some listings still show the old Jung-gu district.
- From Seoul: AREX all-stop train to Airport Cargo Terminal Station, then the free arena shuttle from Exit 2 (runs on show days).
- After the show: the free arena shuttle goes to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 only, and the last one leaves at 23:30.
- Last AREX all-stop train to Seoul Station from Terminal 2 is 23:32, so that last shuttle won't connect. Leave earlier, or plan to stay nearby.
Getting there from Seoul
| Step | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | Take an AREX all-stop train (일반열차) toward Incheon Airport. The express train doesn't stop at Cargo Terminal Station |
| 2 | Get off at Airport Cargo Terminal Station (공항화물청사역) |
| 3 | Board the free arena shuttle in front of Exit 2 |
The resort's July 2026 information sheet says this shuttle runs from 5 hours before the show until the show begins, and extra buses are added when one fills up. Times may change with traffic, so check your own show's notice too. NOL World's guide says these temporary shuttles are posted by the ticket seller rather than on the arena's website.
Getting there from Incheon Airport
The resort runs a separate free shuttle from both terminals. It takes about 15 to 25 minutes each way. Times change on 1 November 2026:
| Route | From 1 Nov 2026 | Stop at the airport | Leaves the airport at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Terminal 1 | Every 30 min, 08:15–22:15 (resort departure) | Level 1, 2C and 14C | :00 and :30 (2C), :05 and :35 (14C) |
| Terminal 2 | Every 30 min, 05:00–23:00 (resort departure) | Level 1, 8A | :20 and :50 |
- Seats are first come, first served. Each bus has 40 seats, and you can't board once it is full.
- The Terminal 1 stop is across the central bus road on Level 1.
- Allow extra time on show days. The resort warns that you may not get on the bus you want.
- On some show nights the shuttle skips the Ocean Tower stop at certain hours. The resort lists those times on its Getting Here page.
Other free shuttles
- Hongdae and Myeongdong: from 1 November 2026, this route is for hotel guests only, so older guides are out of date.
- Namguro and Daerim: still listed. The last run leaves the resort at 22:00 and stops at Namguro Station at 23:00 and Daerim Station at 23:07. Some runs are weekend only, and a bus holds 40 people.
Paid concert shuttles
NOL World's guide says private companies, including Kakao T Shuttle and Kkotgama, sell concert shuttles. Round trips from the Seoul area start at about 30,000 won, and some routes from outside the Seoul area must be booked as a round trip. Routes depend on the show. Book only through the official service pages.
After the show
Free arena shuttle to Terminal 2
Board at the shuttle area outside the arena and follow the signs and staff. The resort says:
- It runs until 1 hour 30 minutes after the show ends, and the last shuttle leaves at 23:30 whatever time the show finishes.
- Waits of more than 30 minutes can happen.
- It goes to Terminal 2, not to Cargo Terminal Station.
AREX last trains
These are the last all-stop trains on AREX's timetable, checked on 30 October 2026. They are the same on weekdays and holidays.
| Station | To Seoul Station | To Digital Media City only |
|---|---|---|
| Incheon Airport Terminal 2 | 23:32 | 23:50 |
| Incheon Airport Terminal 1 | 23:38 | 23:56 |
| Airport Cargo Terminal | 23:42 | 00:00 |
The final train of the night ends at Digital Media City, not Seoul Station. From there you can change to Line 6 or the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, but check whether they are still running.
For a 2-hour show starting at 18:00 or 16:00, like the MONSTA X dates on 21 and 22 November, this is usually fine. For a show starting at 19:00 or later, work backwards from the 23:32 train. Waiting for the shuttle can easily take you past it.
Taxis
Taxis from here into Seoul are long, expensive trips. NOL World's guide suggests booking ahead through an app, and says groups of 3 or 4 can reserve a call van.
Show the driver: 인스파이어 아레나, 인천광역시 영종구 공항문화로 127.
Merch and lockers
The resort's arena and directions pages have no information on merch sales or arena lockers. Merch is run by each show's organizer, so check its official notice. Leave large luggage at your hotel, or check with the resort on 032-580-9000 before you bring it.
Where to stay
We don't recommend specific hotels. These areas make sense:
| Area | Why |
|---|---|
| Unseo | AREX station on the island |
| Near the airport terminals | Useful if you fly out the next morning |
| Hongdae or Seoul Station | On AREX, but watch the last train |
For an evening show, a night on Yeongjong saves you from racing the last train.
Seats and views
- The resort says the arena holds up to 15,000 seats. Seating can be reduced or reshaped at the client's request, so the real number changes by show.
- The floor can change too. With all the movable seats in place, it measures 46 m by 30 m. Without them, it measures 70 m by 54 m.
- The arena measures 135 m by 125 m, and it is 40 m high.
The resort doesn't publish a fixed seat plan on these pages. Use the seat map on your show's booking page. We don't rate seats, because we have no official source for views.
